1. Agreement

By accessing wave-blaze.digital and enrolling in or browsing Wave Blaze Academy programs, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the services.

2. Services description

We provide online professional education materials, cohort sessions, mentor feedback as described per offering, and related communications. Features may evolve; we will communicate material changes affecting active enrollments where practical.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials. You may not share access in ways that violate enrollment limits or intellectual property rules.

4. Payments and informational pricing

Prices displayed are in JPY unless stated otherwise and are informational for planning. Invoicing, taxes, and any payment collection are handled per the checkout or invoice flow presented at purchase. This site may display prices without enabling checkout; final terms appear in your order documentation.

5. Intellectual property

Course materials, branding, and site content are owned by Wave Blaze Academy or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or scraping is prohibited.

6. Conduct

Harassment of staff or participants, attempts to compromise systems, or misuse of mentor time may result in removal without refund beyond applicable law.

7. Disclaimers and liability limits

Education outcomes depend on individual effort and context. To the extent permitted by applicable law in Japan, we disclaim implied warranties where allowable and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

8. Governing law, disputes, termination, changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan unless mandatory consumer rules in your jurisdiction provide otherwise. For consumer disputes, you may have rights under the Consumer Contract Act and related regulations. We may suspend or terminate access for breach. We may update these terms; the last updated date will change and continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted.
