Money-Back Policy
1. Overview
This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid offerings where Wave Blaze Academy is the contractual counterparty. Statutory rights under Japanese consumer law remain unaffected where applicable.
2. Cooling-off and eligibility
For distance contracts subject to cooling-off rules, you may have the right to cancel within the period provided by law without stating a reason, subject to exceptions for digital content if delivery began with your consent.
3. Timeframe (14 days)
Where a voluntary commercial guarantee applies, refund requests for eligible enrollments may be submitted within 14 days of purchase unless the course page states a different window. Cohort starts may affect proration as described at purchase.
4. Full vs partial refunds
If no materials were accessed beyond orientation, a full refund may be granted for eligible requests. After substantive access (graded submissions, downloadable assets), partial refunds or credit may apply per the offering terms.
5. Non-refundable items
Third-party exam fees, certification vouchers already issued, or completed custom mentor blocks may be non-refundable. Administrative fees stated at checkout are disclosed before payment.
6. Process and timing
Email hello@wave-blaze.digital with your order reference, name, and reason. We respond within 5 business days with a decision or information request. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original method where possible.
7. Cancellations by us, chargebacks, exceptions
We may cancel cohorts with low enrollment; you will receive a full refund or transfer. Chargebacks may limit future enrollments pending resolution. Fraud or terms violations may void refund rights beyond mandatory protections.
